On November 2002, they deducted $259.00 on my checking account. They said they will give me a credit card limit of $2,500.00, but until now i never recieved any

Since November 2002 and deducting $259.00 on my checking account, this company keep on promising that i'm receiving the package within 2 weeks. As of today's date, 02/25/03, i never receive anything.
