Imperial Foundation Lotto is a complete ripp off. I receiced a letter with a check in it for $2,995.00. At first I was like this cant'be real. The letter stated that I had won $120,000 from a lottery I entered. I do enter in surveys and lotteries on the net so I thought great, my LUCK has changed. They told me to mail them $2,840 to cover taxes on the money I won. I took the check to the bank, and everything checked out fine. The next couple of days is when HELL BROKE LOOSE! I called, and called ,and called. One person said I would be getting my delivery in the next 2 days. Nothing came. I called, and called again. This answering machine kept coming on speaking in french.

I was feeling very uneasy to this point. I proceed to search about this company, something I should have in the start. The minute I typed this company's name the scam page come up. I immediatly called my bank about the situation. There was nothing they could do. I ended up being $2,995 in the HOLE. There should be some clause in the bank's system to cover acts of crime like this. It just isn't right. I hope those people get what's coming to them.

I live in calgary alberta now. It would seem these scammers are using p.o. boxes and are always one step ahead. I just moved, but if anyone would like to hire me for private detective work so I can snap a photo of these assholes for your local authorities to see and tie someone to this crime, then I'm your man. I desperately need a job and this would be nice. I'll get a disposible camera and if I get enough money to use in this, I will pay for a group of built guys to come in when I signal so I can make a citizen's arrest. The trouble is establishing an identity, which they've done a good job at ensuring that you don't. They'll get away with this if nobody does anything about it. If I had more money in my pocket I would volunteer and pay for it myself, but I can't I'm in a really tight situation and need to be working to get rent money put together.

Now here's how this would work -- The next time someone blatantly notices that it's a scam and reports it will have a P.O. box. What I'd like is for them not to cash the cheque but pretend they did, and even bait them by saying that they are sending a money order for the amount specified in the mail. Give me an address that's fresh, I'll deal with this son of a b***h. Or if you'd like I could always attend their location.

Not that I'm advocating this, or anything, but if you really want to do society a favour then this could be a way of doing that.

Go and purchase a large quantity of LSD (Like 200 hits), throw them in water in the dark (lds is light sensitive and water soluable) don't use too much water! Soak said money order with liquid and hang dry (avoid soaking parts that have been inked and sign someone else's name as sender). Get a black envelope, soak it with a bit of water to make it look like nothing is fishy with the money order. and soak a low value money order with it (minimal cost, they'll notice the issue when they are handling the money order). Don't put a return address on the envelope.

Then it would be problem solved, they can spend the rest of their life as a vegetable.
