My husband and I have been fighting with Imperial to correct issues in our home for 2 years now. It seems like they stalled just so it would pass out of warranty stage. We have windows sweating and leaking and dripping down in the walls causing mold. The window sills are warping and buckling with paint chipping off from this. We have a bay window that was not properly sealed. All of the interior walls are buckled and crooked. This must be why they do not like to put anything in color because we have repainted walls with color and you can see every defect in the walls. An upstairs bedroom is unlevel. This is horrible as we have put our entire savings to buy this house and has been a nightmare to get Imperial to even listen.

Well when i read this post - it mimicks exactly what has happened to us in our 'grand villa' imperial home. we are in our 2nd year and now i am listening to a roof leak -
i wish i would have known about this before our purchase
customer service stinks -
