I see you have made your point several times which makes it look like several people have a complaint against this physician which is SO WRONG of you.  I think you are overboard and why don't you just kiss your wounds and move on?  I am going to this physician in confidence as I have seen his work on other people and they are ecstatic with joy over the good work he has done and money saved.  Yes, we do need to do our diligence, but we all also have to know that it's a numbers game.  No one is perfect on earth.  He probably would have worked with you if you would have given him the chance.  You speak too loud that we all know you are just trying to damage this doctor.  You aren't fair.  You spoke your piece.  Now leave it alone.  I'm surprised that this and other sites you have been on, allow you to make multiple entries.  Get over your bitterness.

I encourage her to show any proof that she was patient of Implant and Cosmetics Solutions. She said is several places that she was patient of High Tech Dental and now she is changing the version this just show that she is LYING!!!.

Also I didn't change the name of the company is a completely different thing I was in a partnership relationship at High Tech Dental Clinic but in a minority share so I didn't take the decisions I just obey. This clinic was in Curridabat. Now I have my own practice in San Jose Downtown (Completely Different location). Also I change the name because it is another office and it is not the old partnership.

I decided on Costa Rica after reading 100s of reviews on Dentistry from around the world and Dr Alberto Coto Calvos name from San Jose Costa Rica kept standing out so I contacted him by email, he promptly responded with the answers to my questions and after more emails the journey began from Australia. On arrival my wife and I were picked up from the airport by the doctors driver Mauricio at 10.00pm and taken to Casa Lima hotel in Rohr Moser San Jose (very reasonably priced, clean and very friendly. Look it up on the internet). The next morning I was taken to the surgery by Mauricio to meet Doctor Alberto and have the initial consultation. Mauricio is the Docs driver who picks you up and takes you back to the airport also back and forth to the surgery. After being checked out I was given an excellent quote and sent for a panoramic x-ray but unfortunately it was found that I needed a small bone graft at the back and it wasnt practical for me to come back in four months to have more implants to that area so on Docs advice it was suggested that I have 3 implants and 18 zirconium crowns and also 2 root canals done. The work Doctor Alberto has done on me is just amazing and when my wife seen the finish results she decided to have some work done herself, 7 crowns on back teeth, Scrapped scaled and cleaned also zoom whitened, a total cost after discounts for cash for both of us was the fantastic price of just on $11,150, in Australia you would be looking at 6 to 8 times that amount. When I left Australia I thought that this Dentist, Doctor Alberto Coto Calvo would be GOOD and he turned out to be just that, he doesnt seem to be money driven and is more interested in looking to his patients needs seeing that everything is OK. He along with his staff worked until midnight on the night before we left on my wifes teeth to make sure she was finished and everything was perfect because she made the decision late in our holiday to have the work done. All the work is done on the premises by Doctor Alberto and his staff Daniela, Diego, Ricardo and Carlos and they are just like a big happy family. I really cant speak highly enough of this dentist, his professionalism and manner towards his patients is second to none and I have no hesitation on recommending him to anyone. .

The first day I contacted the clinic I received a phone call right away from Dr.Coto which was nice. The appointment went extremely smoothly. I had two molar root canals done with crowns and I could not believe how painless it was. The entire staff was professional and very friendly. I would recommend Implant & Cosmetic Solutions to all my friends and family. Absolutely a wonderful experience for a great price and I would definitely visit again if I needed to!

I am so happy with Dr Alberto Coto. When I had my teeth cleaned in WPB Florida my dentist was so impressed he told me that my Implant work is Text Book perfect. (never to tell his wife he is going to recommend him if someone has to be on a budget.) In the states I was quoted $15,000.00 Dr. Coto charged under $3, and the B&B is awesome also. This is the friendly, combined with professional experience you can ever get. I love you Dr Coto!

I contacted this clinic because I needed an implant and my husband and I were planning a trip to Costa Rica anyway. I got an appointment for the day I arrived and was picked up at the airport. The dental visit was very professional, thorough and painless.I had no complications and will probably go back for the crown. My husband had several crowns made for worn down front teeth. He was also very pleased with the care and the results, as well as the price.

Dr. Coto is EXCELLENT. I have had work done in Central America on several occasions and Dr. Coto is the best dentist I have seen. I was a little nervous after four crowns because my pain persisted, but it turned out to be another tooth where the nerve started to cause problems. I went to an American dentist who CONFIRMED that my "crowns were excellent, the margins are great, and they're beautiful." I didn't tell the dentist where I had them done because I wanted his honest opinion. He said they're excellent. It was literally one-fourth of the price of what another US dentist was asking. I highly recommend him.

I am a 64 yr. old male that was losing ability to chew my food. I went to Dr. Coto's clinic to see what could be done. I am happy to report that I now have a full mouth of beautiful teeth, thanks to Dr. Coto and his team of professionals. As far as I am concern Dr. Coto is the best implantologist in the world. In my mind he is a Demi-God. I could not be more satisfied, and the price was right! One more thing, the day before I was flying out, Dr. Coto and his team worked till 5:30 in the morning to get the work finish, so I would'nt miss my flight home. Outstanding dedication. The dentist filled 6 cavities, and replaced one metal filling for $40 each and $40 for a great cleaning with the checkup, xray and cab ride from the airport all free. He also advised me not the get the whitening as my teeth weren't that stained and said 3 of the cavities didn't need to filled for another year, so he seemed very trustworthy and the prices were exactly what he quoted me. He even called me as did his employee in texas to discuss any questions :D
Also you can see the lyes just looking that she use the name of GOD trying to ruin a person when Jesuschrist says: If someone hit you in one cheek put the other and love the people as your self.
I'm a Christian and I will never try to hurt someone on propose but she is.
