Ordered a Honda engine and motor swap kit, $2297.00, but they required that I pay PayPal by credit card, which I did. They wrote back saying that the goods were on back order, then the boat is stuck in the dock strikes in CA, then the goods were lost. After three months, PayPay and the credit card company would not reverse the charges and send me back my money.
I tried several times to call but their answering machine kept on putting my message into a black hole...nothing ever happened from this vendor.
I went to Jacksonville, FL and tried to locate them by phone number or by their name, but nothing. Tried to file a police report but I needed an real address to file.
They recently disconnected their phones, fax and internet connection. So I am out all this money!
