Impressive Canvas / impressiveCanvas.com Poor quality, customer does not stand by their product Internet

Purchased the "Impressive Canvas" from a facebook page on the Internet.    VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I received my product after almost 4 weeks.    The image lines of the sports logo was VERY blurry.  I asked the vendor to send me an Return authorization the same day I received the product.    They requested that I send them a picture of all the images.   Once they received them, they said, Sorry but we think the picture is fine.    They offered to give me 40% of the purchase price.      When I pushed back and reminded them of the poor quality, they said "Sorry, our return policy does not allow returns for items shipped in good condition"   (I don't think they were paying attention to my assessment of their "good quality".)
