Bought a 2000 ford excursion online in there description the truck was rust free and like new! 100% feedback they had to be telling the truth wrong! There is a company they use called net neutrals to remove there negative feedback. I know I wasn't getting a new vehicle but this truck had rust all over it and under it the exhaust has had to be completely replaced there was rust they scraped off on tne doors and fenders then took a black marker and painted over the rusty spot. The instrument cluster lights do not work the wheels have more corrosion than chrome the running boards have fallen off because the steel reinforcements are rusted out . And the engine and transmission are leaking after talking to bot Joe and Mario they said there was nothing they could do. And now they want take my calls or even try to make this right. avoid at all cost these guy's are crooks and rip off artist don't take there feedback with a grain of salt!

We really tried with this guy...

AUTHOR: Joe @ In Demand Enterprises - (United States of America)

POSTED: Friday, September 23, 2011

First of all, this guy was a dealer, which for those of you who don't know, means that this was a WHOLESALE deal meaning that he purchased the vehicle for a greatly reduced price and with absolutely no warranty implied in any way.  This was a really nice vehicle that I personally drove several times.  It was a diesel Ford Excursion with 250,000 miles so it was not a new vehicle, but even still, it was in great shape with no problems.  The reason why the BBB and eBay ruled in my favor each time he complained was that his complaints were completely nonsense.  Rip Off Report is the only place where a consumer can say whatever he/she wants without having to prove anything (even though he was a dealer, NOT a consumer, so he has NO business posting on here in the first place!)  We absolutely do not bid up our eBay auctions and have been using eBay for 12 years currently and have 100% Positive feedback and a Top Rated Seller Status and Powerseller Status.  We really tried with this customer but unfortunately he was simply impossible to please. I hope this explains the situation more clearly.  Thanks!
