IN & OUT Auto Body mobile auto repair Cheat people auto body work they had never done but still charge money Fairfax VA

Two guys (look like gypsy) driving a truck near lowes and walmart area on 11181 lee hwy Fairfax Virginia to look for cars with dent and paint scratches, they claims other auto body shop would have replaced the whole bumper and charge $600 and they claims other body shops are rip-off.  Two guys said would replace bracket for my Lexus  and bracket cost $200.  They would sand off the rust down to the metal layer to make sure all rusty material removed and I could see the shiny metal underneath then they would paint the car  I agree to pay them if  they did the job right. 

I watched them carefully, they used only acetone to clean the old paint coat and use aerosol paint to cover up, they never did any sanding to remove the rust.  They don't know I am chemist and know actone is organic solvent to dissolve the paint chip but never remove the rust.  However They claimed they did it but I never saw they did any sanding because I watched them very carefully.  They never used $200 bracket but metal clip for couple dollars. 

I attached photo to show what metal clip they used. I still paid them and watched Youtube how professional paint the car later to verify whether they did it right, On youtube professional painter  use 500 grit sand paper to sand the rust until you see the metal. I texted the guy immediately and asked him to redo the job.



He jerked around and said he would come back two days later. I asked him to show his driver license when he come back and he replied let us talk tomorrow, and he never showed up again.

He is criminal. I had his picture taken and his phone number on the truck. Be aware these two guys. They are two guys wearing grey color Shirt on right and one with hood.
