Requested a check had $73.00, they sent an email stating it takes 30 days I will get in in August (still have email). I continued to get emails, I would clicl on the links and all was fine. I went to log into my account and it said I was de activated since they had NOT heard from me for over 6 months!!! I was surprised, I wrote to them and questioned it and they said my account was inactive for over 6 months when in fact it had not been.

I replied umm no I have had my account active and I check all emails, and then all of a sudden they stop replying. This company does honor their "word" as in paying people, I guess they decided since I was not going to buy banners or wqhatever from them I can't have my money either. Waste of time, I have further had to stop referring them to friends.

Then fix the problem!

AUTHOR: Mary - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, August 16, 2007

If you have so much proof then give them whatever proof you have so they can fix this problem. Otherwise don't complain that you are getting ripped off. I believe if you contact them with physical evidence that you're account is still active then they will fix this problem, or they will try to find someone who will. Then if you have mailed them all your print outs of the emails you have recieved and they have yet to try to fix the problem then, yea you have been ripped off.

I did read your comment on this company many of times and I have come to this conclusion that you are taking something so small and blowing it up into something so huge that can be easily fixed by showing not telling them what you have. If you are so convinced that you deserve your money and so forth then hire a lawyer. I think you tried to cash out before you even reached 30 bucks to begin with.

But I'm not going to argue with you anymore. All I know is that I got my money from them with no problem in fact I got it earlier than expected. If they were such a bad company don't you think some people such as myself wouldn't get anything either? Come on now. think about it.

I did and I have proof

AUTHOR: Tracy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, August 06, 2007

Well I do have proof that my account is NOT inactive, I still have every single email they keep sending me AFTER I requested payout and still have the email showing my payout and account activity. Perhaps you should UNDERSTAND what I was saying before stating I did not follow the rules.

They aren't a bad company if you follow the rules!

I used inbox dollars to make a few bucks and I had no problem with them. You say that they said your account has been inactive for over 6 months? Well, that's too long of a time for it to be counted as an error on either you or the company. I signed up with them thinking I will never see a dime from them but to my suprise I did receive a check in the mail minus 3 dollars for a proccessing fee which I didn't know until I requested it to be sent in the mail. They do tell you that you must continue to read emails from them until you receive your check from them and they do tell you that will will take 60 days before they process your check. Knowing this I continue to read one email a week just to make sure I recieved my check and now that I received it I can either continue to make a few bucks with them or just close my account.

You on the other hand say that they said you don't get your money because of over 6 months of inactivity and you believe it's not true. Well, is there any way you can prove this? You also said that everytime you try to log on it says it's an inactive account and won't let you do anything well, did it say this before you requested a check from them? Did this happen right after you requested a check? How long did you wait to notify them of this problem? Sometimes people disreguard it and wait too long to try to fix things and expect the other party to use their " magic wand" and fix it; therefore how does the company know you really wanted your money and how do they know you are just playing "stupid" with them??? They don't.

You said you went to log into your account and it said it was deactivated since they had NOT heard from you for over 6 months, well I find that hard to believe that a company will deliberately delete your account just because you requested a check. Not to mention, you said that it takes 30 days before you receive your check- this is not true. The site strictly says that it takes 60 days to process I requested my check around June 1st, 2007 and I checked back around the end of July and it says Processing... and then it says expected receive date Aug. 1st. I checked back on Aug 1st and it said it was completed. Two days later I recieved my check in the mail. No problems and I still have an open account with them.

The only way I can see that your account was closed is when you decided to cash out and filed to recieve your earnings you must have either by accident or deliberately left the box checked to close your account when you requested for the check to be sent. Either way the company will state it is your fault the account was claimed to be inactive and it's your fault you didn't get your check-although I highly doubt you even fully read the terms and disclosures for inboxdollars.com. Next time, read the small print before doing any business online or offline.

Perhaps you can continue to try to get your check that you claim you deserve, but you know you must show proof that you did not close your account. Maybe someone on here can help you out-obviously it won't be me. I am just saying that inboxdollars and other sites like them aren't bad companies they just don't put everything is big bright bold font so before signing up find the terms and scan them over or read it throughly so you know before hand what you are getting into. Good luck in the future.
