Incentive Rewards Center, Nui Tech Paid off finally BocaBoca Raton Florida

I started this once and the browser crashed so I'll make this short.

Started in early January of 2005 with the Free 40GB Ipod. Fulfilled all my requierments in record time but of course 1 would not clear. Waited and tried to contact them thru the form on the site

No luck with that. Finally found this number

That number finally got a real person on the phone to talk with me. It was about a month and a half till my 90 days were up and they told me that even if I finished all the offers they could not "Force" my last credit till the 90 days were up.

So after the 90 were up they gave me a fax number (seem to have lost it). I faxed proof that I had finished my last offer and I got this email...

Dear Michael

Thank you for sending us your confirmation email, you are now qualified for a Apple(r) iPod 40 GB. The Security Verification Process has now been waived, so you will not have to mail us your Gift Redemption
Voucher. Also, a Shipping Request has now been issued.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for the fulfillment center to assemble, package, and ship a gift after the Shipping Request has been sent.

So I was still skeptical but after about 3 weeks I got another Email...

Dear Valued Customer:

Thank you for your participation in our promotions.

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we were unable to fulfill your gift through our regular sources. We are sending you a check for the value of the gift you registered for. Please use the check to purchase
the product you are due.

I thought they were trying to back out. I mean what company would send me a check for the amount of a 40Gb Ipod.

But in about 2weeks of getting this email a check from "theuseful.com" arrived for the amount of a 40Gb Ipod. Not enough to cover shipping though. STill a check for over 300 dollars cash was better than nothing at this point.

So just trying to give some of you hope in this. It finally worked out for me but took time. They are still in very bad standing with the BBB of Florida so I wouldn't say to sign up for these offers. In fact 40Gb Ipods are not even being made by Apple now so its not something they can really offer.

I know not everyone has been as fortunate as I was, but maybe with some phone calls you can get it squared away. I was ready to file reports with every agency I had to if they didn't pay me off. You should also if they rip you off.
