My company gave Henry 'J-R' Lawrence, Jr of Income Financial Services, LLC a $5000 retainer in good faith and only because it came with a writen contractual 100% money backed guarantee. Henry 'J-R' Lawrence, Jr of Income Financial Services failed to meet the terms of the written contract in the allotted time frame of January 1, 2013, set forth by Henry 'J-R' Lawrence, Jr of Income Financial Services, LLC by not securing funds contracted for. As a result, a refund of that 100% money backed guarantee $5000 retainer was requested and Mr. Lawrence was given 14 business days to provide it. Those 14 business days has expired and to date, it has not been received by my company. We will now pursue suit against Henry 'J-R' Lawrence, Jr of Income Financial Services.
