Independent Contractor's Services Magazine purchase, non delivered Delray Beach, Florida

Two young college students came to my home on 2/14/14. They said they were promoting magazines to raise money for a schlorship. I purchased a Mother jones magazine. I never recieved the magazine. I called this company and they said I had to send an additional $10 to recieve the mag. I will not take a chance on losing any more monies. When I paid the bulk, they should have sent the magazine and the requested the balance. That would have only been proper. They give you only 3 days to cancel but, they would take 3 months to send your magazine if you paid the additional $10.  Where has the honest Morality gone to in this country, no one seems to have a conscience left for the wrongs they do.
