This report is mostly in response to individual with claim of abuse, neglect and restraint of rights.  I was a past employee of this organization and also have seen 1st hand the treatment of the clients.  As an employee there some years back I also became aware of what I believed to be mistreatment of clients, by staff.  It is to my belief it is the nonprofessional behavior of staff that originates by owners of the company.  More should be expected from an organization designed to help and encourage disabled adults to live and dwell freely, without forcing opinions and beliefs upon individuals but rather to uplift and accept that though a person is disabled and in some instances mentally challenged there belief system still matters, if not to anyone else, to them.  Only the restraint of bodily harm to self and others should be enforced.  If the adult is capable and wanting to make decisions of there own natural consequeses to some degree depending on the adult should be put to practice.
