iNeedaclean Unprofessional business, Scam Lemont Illinois

I began working for iNeedaclean services at the beginning of June 2013. I got into working with them through a family friend who assisted me in getting the job. I didn't know much about the business prior to beginning my employment for them, but it seemed like good work. After emailing my resume to an unknown individual, I received a text message the following night asking me if I would be able to begin working the next morning. I thought it was a little strange that I didn't receive an interview and that they accepted me on such short notice without knowing a whole lot about me. Additionally, I thought was odd that they wanted me to begin working (actually cleaning houses) without any formal training or instruction. They also didn't ask me to fill out W2 and I9 forms, or request any personal information.

I'm a poor and unemployed college student, who at the time was desperate for work, so I accepted the offer. I worked with another individual (a girl my age) the following morning. The only information I was given prior to beginning work were the job locations (and contact information of the clients) and one instruction: "tell the customers that there are no redo's or refunds." I worked around 30 hours for this company for about a two and half week period. I was told at the beginning of my employment that I'd be payed $9/hour plus gas money every two weeks. However, I was not given a paycheck on the day I was initially told I would, so I contacted the boss Ron (who never gave me his last name) asking him when I would be payed. He then told me, after almost three weeks of work, that I need to send him my SS# and Drivers License Number and fill out W2 and I9 forms before I could receive a check. After doing so, he was in urgent need of workers so he asked me if I could work the following day. I told him that I was quitting (due to how incredibly unprofessional it was). I was truly apalled that this man employed me for nearly three weeks, completely knowing that I had not given the information from me he needed to pay me, but didn't even say anything until I brought it up and told him I would no longer work for him. 

I sent "Ron" all the information he requested out of me and he then told me that he would email my paycheck to me before the weekend. I didn't receive a paycheck for a whole month after giving him the information he needed (and at that point I was surprised I received anything). There was no gas money included (which amounted to a substantial amount of money) or tips that were supposed to be included in the check from people who didn't give cash tips at jobs. What amazed me though, was the return address on the envelope. The return address was located in Florida (and I live and worked for this business in the suburbs of Chicago). In addition to that, there was no name on the paycheck. It simply stated the business's name and was signed by an unknown individual. 

At this point, I completely realized that this whole business was a scam run by this "Ron" individual. He overcharged his clients and payed his employees next to nothing. At many jobs, clients commented on how little $9/hour was in comparison to the actual job cost. Most of the time, he did not give the proper supplies, so I would have to either buy my own (because he said I would be payed for anything I bought that was needed to complete a job, even though I wasn't) or use the client's. DO NOT give iNeedaclean your business, it is a complete and utter scam. I'm posting this make people in the Chicagoland area aware of this. I tried to post as much information as possible. I'd be willing to answer additional questions if needed.
