Inet-cash They charged my credit card and I have no recollection about it, and when I stopped them from taking out from my credit card they send me letters. Germany

I was charged by a Inet Cash Hamm on my credit card and i have no recollection about what it was. So, i canceled them from taking off my card. Soon, i get letters from Germany saying I owe them money.
