Infiniti Consulting - Innovative Vision Group - CYDCOR Infiniti in Jackson Mississippi

I have worked for Infiniti Consulting Group since November 2007; I have not received a correct pay check. My training was not paid, it was a Training bonus given only if you stay with the company. They sent me through the state with no reimbursement for gas or expenses. They train you not to Slam or Cram Customers, and yet they teach you to do just that, and if you refuse to does it just like that You are told you are not doing it correctly. It is an illicit secretive company under the CYDCOR umbrella that takes advantage of unsuspecting people, that they visit and those they hire.

I left a job, not because I hated it on the contrary I loved my job. I loved waking up every morning and going to a job that seemed perfect but as with all things, it was too good to be true. I never received a correct pay check; I worked hard, drove my car, and used my gas, for no real benefit to me. I was placed in dangerous situations; alone one man locked me in his business for over an hour and yelled at me for the actions of a past co-worker that gave him products that he didnt understand. Thats the trick, go into a business explain who you are be intentionally vague on products and sign people up for stuff they do not need ( example: I see You are missing out on your 14% discount, Sign this to receive it. In reality something along the lines of International Savings 36 months $24.95 a month, And the Rep Made $60.), its called Slamming and Cramming and its Illegal!!!! That is just the beginning in reality Infiniti Consulting group is very shady on its financial dealings, and the way they treat the customers and people they hire. They also tell their employees not to Slam and Cram but to Respect the customer and client (AT&T) however respecting a customer is not to go into their office and pressure them into doing something that do not want (we all know in Reality Shanara that if they knew what they were getting they would not do it)

A little advice to customers.

If someone from Infiniti on behalf of AT&T comes into your office take notice.

They do work on commission.
They are intentionally vague.
They are not Account Managers (they are salesmen).

The Quotes do not have government fees and in some cases not everything on your account to start out with.

There is no Business Expansion Program or Customer Appreciation Program It was made up at the office as a selling tool, and it works!!
Never sign anything unless you are absolutely sure what you are getting, they will trick you into signing things without your knowledge of what it is.
