Infiniti They settlement for more than what they gave me in 2009 or 2010 i was in a car accident and they didnt give me the full amont of money and they still owe me im just finding out this now Calidornia California

 They still owe me money from 2009 and 2010 i just found all this today and i have a open case now and im trying to fire them but dont know how too. i feel so stupid right i was rip off

According to the statue of limitation in California -- https://www.sfbay-law.com/the-four-year-statute-of-limitations-as-applied-to-debt-collection/ -- you have up to 4 years to file for the debt. You have not done that since 2009-2010, it has been long over. Not sure what else you can do now. Sorry.
