I contract this company to provide Satellite service in two of my homes, they promised a certain price for one year and an increase of "no more than $20.00" for the second year.  This was in December, 2010, they guaranteed that the first bill would be be received in 45 days, they sent the bill in just a few days for two months of service, they charged me an installation fee which they told me would be removed, they promised two $25.00 gift cards which I have called them on and they supposedly had sent the forms, I called again, the forms were "in the mail".  Plain and simple, they lied and lied and lied, their customer service stinks, they should be out of business for continuous deception.  Ever since I installed with them (mind you they did not even show up on the date they were supposed to), I have had nothing but trouble and expect nothing other than trouble and mishaps for the next two years.   At one point, without authorization and specifically advised by me not to use my credit card for any purpose other than to secure the installation, they charged on my credit card.  It took me a myriad of telephone calls to finally get them to correct it.
