Infinity Insurance Infinity took my money without giving me my car insurance coverage Birmingham, Alabama

In October 2011 I was on vacation in Miami and my brother lent me a car so that I will use it, but I had to buy a car insurance, I call my insurance company (Oasis Insurance) to add this vehicle and their response was that this vehicle had no coverage in the state of Florida but they told me to call to see if Infinity could add this vehicle to my insurance, I call Infinity and they asked me to send them a fax with the vehicle  information and I did, so the following day they sent me a letter with the amount payable to the insured vehicle by Infinity, last week my brother called to inform me that the car ever been insured by Infinity and for that reason his license was suspended for not having car insurance, I called my insurance company to claim my money back and the answer was that they would not return money because the car was always in the policy, according with the company that sold me the policy  Arizona law does not allow to add another  vehicle from another state to the Arizona policy. for that reason I ask for my money back.
