I made a call the beginning of the week to subscribe to dishtv. While on the phone these sales people told me that they needed my bank card number to check my credit. They lied on the phone about the services that they had in my area. Then they helped themselves to a 49.95 connect fee and also a 63.99 for the bill. They have not refunded me at this time and they are charging me a $10.00 processing fee. Beware of this company and dish network.
