Influent or whatever they are calling the company now...
They have a very bad habit of giving their employees paychecks that bounce.
I quit Influent several months ago. They still owe me a paycheck. They said "It is in the mail"... almost 7 months later I still have nothing. I have called several times over the past months and spoken to many people. They refuse to pay me. Their accounting manager said that she would give me my paycheck but only if I gave her $31 cash... they owe me a paycheck and they refuse to pay me. I am a full time college student who is trying to keep my head above water and go to school. It hurt me very badly financially because they refused to pay me my last check. I don't know what to do.

my husband and i both worked for influent and we had this happen as well. He would cash his check at walmart and i would deposite mine into our checking account. WE found out when we went to pay our utlities that mine bounced and we believe his did as well. and that went on for like 4 months! I never after the first bounced check depostited it directly into my account. I would cash it at a grocery store or walmart. spend the extra money on safety. Did you file a report with the local labor board? we had to do that on other things as well. Also you cna file it with the state workforce and you should be paid for it. you earned that money in the hell hole.
