 The company's internet advertisement promises a set turnaround time for a set price. i was desperate and they knew it. After paying the initial $999 fee and being promised a 48 hour turn around time I waited. And waited. Then the phone calls began. "there was a problem", "we need more time", "we need additional money","you misunderstood the technician" and finally "you didn't read the fine print". The long and the short of it: they are a national company with a bunch of different "local addresses" which i suspect are merely drop boxes. The product i received eventually came from Canada... 3 days after the critical time had passed and where it did me no good whatsoever. Oh, and did i mention that they collected over $4400 from me?
