Infomart-2000-Corp-3dcartcom Cancellation Fee $500.00 are they kidding Tamarac Florida

Signed the agreement on 9-4-14 cancelled the agreement and is charged $500.00 befor any work was done. I called the billing department and explained that 3dcard has not stsrted to work on my site so please refund all charges. They told me that only 50% would be refunded. Although is dose say in the agreement that upon cancellation only 50% would be refunded however the paragraph above clearly states the following; We authorize Informart 2000 d/b/a 3dcart to begin work on our behalf for our Responsive Theme Customization project and to pay the amount of $1098.00 in accordance with the Payment Terms chosen above. (Above: I agree to pay this project in full) No work was started on the Responsive Theme Customization so why should only 50% be frefunded. They told me that i spoke to the sales person and the project mangt. So for that i pay $500.00. Stay away from that company.
