Ingridientchex.LLC Luminant Skin I orderd free sample 12/2/13 for $5.00. received sample. on 12/17/13 my account was charged &93.95. I called Dec. 30th cancalled order. On 1/72014 received product I returned the package. My account was charged $98.90 on 1/7/14 days after i cancalled my orders.. I called them several times these people are not plesant at all. they don't know how to talk to you. They refuned me $50.00 I'm still out of $137.00 with no product. Nashvill Tennessee

  This company is a ripoff. They took  $137.85 from my account and I didn't received the product. Someone need to look into this company. Their customer service doeen's speak english and they are very rude.

 No they are NOT scamming you. YOU have fallen for the old trial membership. The item is shipped to you and you have 14 days after purchasing the trial to cancel, if you do not cancel in the time frame allowed, then they begin charging you FULL price monthly and enter you into a membership program. THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!!! Had you done YOUR part as a informed consumer, you would have found this information yourself. You are an example of the laziness of the american consumer. You clicked and went on. You did ZERO reading. You did ZERO research. Had you done either of those tasks you would have found the membership information. Youre lucky they gave you back ANYTHING as contract law is VERY CLEAR.

In the future......READ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT JUST THINK THAT YOUR GOING TO BE FINE!! READ!!!!!! Read the website that is making the offer. Read consumer websites. READ THE WEBSITE OF THE COMPANY THAT MAKES THIS PRODUCT!!!! You did NONE of those things and have the nerve to call THEM a ripoff. NO in this instance you scammed them for a refund. You can sit there and say how its YOUR money all you like. But YOU made a choice and instead of living with the consiquences of that action, you scam them for money back.

Isnt it funny how people like you BLAME ANYONE ELSE for their own stupidity. This whole situation could have been avoided had you done even the most basic of skills and read. Accept the fact that YOU screwed up and move on. The only scammer here is YOU. You scammed your way out of a contract. You scammed your way into getting a refund that you did not deserve. Your mother must be so proud of the person she raised. You embarass yourself and her with not only this post but by your own actions.

And FYI its not being "rude" when you dont get your way immediatly. Perhaps you should pick up a copy of "Manners" by Emily Post. That will give you the CORRECT baseline on what is rude and what is you just being well...you.
