InkJetSuperstore.com They sent me a different product than what I had ordered and didn't reimburse me completely Bell California

I ordered $20 worth of Epson ink from inkjet superstore, and was sent HP ink. When I called to return the wrong ink and get the right ink sent, they put me on hold, then hung up. I called back and there was no manager to talk to and I could barely hear or understand the operator. There was a language barrier for sure, since they sent me a refund slip that stated I wanted HP ink and was sent Epson and only refunded me $15.80, they charged me for the orignal order's shipping. I called and left a message to clear it up, but nothing. I sent the ink back with copies of the orders and handwritten notes. I got a notice that I was only being refunded the $15.80.

I will never use them again!
