I was contacted by a tele-marketer of Inland Empire Industrial Supplies, Inc., offering a high quality state of the art drill bit set along with a few free items, on a trial basis.  They promised to pay for the return of the drill bits if I was not 100% satisfied, and I could keep the free items.   They stated that they were sending a LARGE COMPLETE set of high quality drill bits on a free trial basis and that they would pay to return the items if I was not 100% satisfied.

I received the package on or about 8/18/18 however, there was no invoice or return label.  The Large Complete set of high quality drill bits were 29 junk bits that were worth about $15.  I never used the items.

On 9/18/2018 I received a Please Pay Promptly notice for $314.25 for the 29 drill bits.   That work out to around $10.836 per drill bit. I received a call on 9/24/2018 from the tele-marketer inquiring about payment.   I asked where the LARGE COMPLETE SET of drill bits that he promised were sent?   I also asked where the return Label was to send the items back.  He hung up on me.

I called Inland Empire Industrial Supplies, Inc and request to speak to someone about the order and to request a return label to ship the items back.  The receptionist stated that the Customer Service Department handled returns and she would transfer me to that department-----oops, they are out to lunch.  She was to leave a message for them to call me back----Still waiting for the call.

Avoid this SCAM.

Filed a formal complaint with the Local California Better Business Bureau and they provided excellent assistance.  I also filed a formal complaint with the California State Attorney General; who immediately responded with a letter expressing their appreciation for the formal report and their assurance that they would be investigating the complaint.  I also reported them to the Federal Commerce Commission.  The only way to kill a blood sucking lecher is to drive a stake in their heart.  File formal complaints!
