Innerquest - Don RIPOFF internet fraud $907phone death to threat child spam sex site email Internet

Bought a pos system thru ebay in oct 27 2004. Paid thru paypal with our bank acct. Seller said he had to reprogram the system.

Nov no system. Seller said lost in shipping. Dec no system seller says will issue refun jan 1.

Jan 1 no refund. No return calls. My husband leaves messages every 30 minutes for don to call him. Don gets angry sends abusive e-mails and calls death threats-and obsenities and intimidation. Then he spams our email and calls our home telephone and says these things to our 11 year old daughter-is going to kill her father and the sexual things as well-he also e-mails the threats again.

We reported it to ebay but after 60 days they aren't culpable.

Paypal says the money isn't recoverable since I paid directly from a bank account. The local police say it's a scam the guy probably stole innerquests identity and isn't even in florida. Square trade the seller won't respond they can do nothing ifcc we filed a complaint they sent e-mail confirming the complaint and asked us not to check on the case because they have too many e-mails to answer them

We would like to at least know what sanctions have been taken against the company, if we can get either the pos system or a refund. What happens to these complaints and why noone has followed through with them
