just starting my small business a couple months  ago hoping to make any profit to survive this rough economy , anyway i started to get some customers, i was so excited that my business is going to hold its self against all these giant competitions , i got one transaction for 2 laptops for about $2000 then i packed the items and about to ship'em out, here i got a call from IMS saying i need to fax some paper such as an invoice etc, i did send everything they asked me for , and they said did you ship the items ? i said i'm about to , they said don't , and they asked me for my customer phone number because they believe this transaction maybe a fraudulent , i gave them the number , they called and my customer's mom answered the phone, they asked her if she made a purchase and she said NO , and she don't have a mastercard , later on i got a call from the customer that made the purchase stating that someone called her mom and her mom had no idea about this order , anyway i told her ok someone is going to call you again , i called IMS and told them that they made mistake and they need to call and ask for that person which is the cardholder , they said ok , my customer calls me everyday about 8 to 10 times and wants to know what's going on with the order , no one from IMS contacted her yet , i keep calling IMS leaving messages for them to call me back ,no response finally after 7 days liliana valdivia from risk management called me back and she told me the case still pending , i said why ? she said they need a letter from my customer stating she made the purchase , i asked did you call my customer she said yes, i said and ? she said i told your customer to fax us a letter , i was like wow and my customer accepted that , she said yes i'm like but this is an inconvenience for my customer to have to do all this work , she said with her attitude well this is the way it is going to be , i said ok , i waited again and i called again , same all same all , mean while i'm getting more orders and they are also on hold after 10 days of purchase ,so i said ok this is it i have to do something i need to talk to a supervisor , i called and i told them i need to talk to a manger or super , they had me on hold for over 20 min and they hungup , i didn't give up i tried again and again , and guess what i got to talk to one , and you know what he told me?  he said if i dont like it i can go somewere else and i have to give them a $3000 to release $2000 , so i apologized to my customer and i refunded all these transactions and they still didn't get their money from IMS , uh man it was the worst decision ever to chose such a stupid company , by the way i'm about to go out of business , becuase my reputation to the ground ,
