innovative mobile homes solutions jeffry ian lucero company took deposit and the chase was on hooksett Maine

i wanted to buy a used mobile home.  i answered an add on craigs list for mobile homes for 15000.00 i met with mr luceros. he claimed he had 6 fema trailers that he bought. he saw no problem with having the unit i needed. we agreed to a deposit of 5000.00 with a payment due on delivery of 5000.00 with 5 payments of 2000.00 a month. he never came through with a unit. the run around was on. he demanded another 5000.00 up front with a 10,000 dollar payment do on delivery and a payment of 2000.00 keep in mind i never saw a unit. i have 182 text messages that prove my case. i went to small claims court on 3/1/17 mr lucero never appeared to the court. he was found in default with the 5000.00 judgement against him. i am still chasing him for the 5000.00
