SAME BS HAPPENED TO ME - COST $11,000 AND RUINED CREDIT - THE PROBLEM IS I TOUGHT AFTER 7 YEARS THE CREDIT REPORTING COMPANIES WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE DEROGS OFF MY CREDIT - ONE SUED ME, WON THE CASE AND PUT A LIEN ON MY HOUSE! MANY OF THE CREDITOR'S SOMEHOW "RENEWED" MY DISPUTED AMOUNTS IN AN ATTEMPT TO KEEP MY CREDIT RUINED FOR LIFE...
I AM ACTUALLY LOOKING INTO CHANGING MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO FINALLY PUT ALL THIS BS TO REST - ANY SUGGESTIONS? ANYONE FIND AN ATTORNEY WHO HELPED THEM GET PAST THIS? DEROG INFO ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT IS CONSIDERED "AGED" WHEN IT'S ON THERE MANY YEARS - BUT MORE THAN 7 YEARS - THAT SEEMS LIKE I SHOULD'VE FILED BK?
