Inntown Suites Pain and Suffering and lawbreakers Orange Park, Florida

My name is Katrina ****.  I am a single mom with two children and stayed at Inntowne Suites for 8 months.

On Halloween 11/2012, the security officer made a very pronouced run for my affections after he was called by my sonconcerning my whereabouts when I had walked to the store and stayed longer than the usual 5minutes.  I tried to avoid the advances altogether. Eric the security officer seemed a bit hurt and frustated by the lack of my interest. 

During the month of December in the second week I was called to the hotel office where I was interrogated by Clay County Sheriffs Office detectives concerning the contents of letters written by my on again off again boyfriend in Duval County Jail.  It seems Eric the security officer got a hold of my mail and had taken it to the Sherriffs Office.  Mail that was uncensored and addressed to me.

On December 22, 2012, I was contacted by the general manager of Inntown Suites, Jack, who told me that I must pack my things and vacate the premises, and that I wouldnt be given a refund for the 200 dollars plus deposit that I prepaid them until all of my belongings were out of the hotel room.  I dont have a vehicle and didnt have anyway to remove our property from the room within the 6 hours I was given to do so.  I had no money to go get another place for me and my kids to sleep.

I was dianosed with M.S. and me and my two kids, one with autism were thrown in the street 3 days before Christmas! The reason given by the General Manager of the Hotel: Threatening Letters!

Since the incident I have been in contact with the General Manager, Jack, in efforts to recover my prepaid money. Jack now contends that he has no idea why he was ordered to kick me and my kids out.

Note: I told the police that nothing in the letters was true and I didnt even write them and how is Eric the Security Officer allowed to take my personal mail to law enforcement.  Yet they still were present to assist in removing my property(In violation of my rental agreement) with zero effort to investigate the source of the information they were acting on!
