Insight prepaid card I lost my prepaid card so I call up in sight report it, And get a women by.name of kwanza and the phone call goes like this hi I lost my card oh we'll you successfully cancelled it miss strong cool but I need another that will be 995 what 995 yes oh no that's too much how much will it be just to retrieve all my money that's too much ok but it will take two weeks for us to cut a check 2-3weeks to cut a check .  Nationwide

We'll you know what I would like to speak to a manager well he'll tell you the same thing why do you want to speak to one to tell him my concern hold please he gets on tell me that I regardless would have to pay 995 weather I change the plan or not so he ask me if I would like the 5 dollar plan and you will get direct deposit and not charge when use I didn't want direct deposit so I agreed to get the 995 a month and ask him for my inconvience if he could reverse my fees he said hold that's a different department and then put me on hold got

back on and said ok for the month of April 4 dollars would be reverse so that was that I said thank you and hung up. so I decide to call back because wasn't satisfied and cancel the 995 with the woman and told her why I wasn't interested and ask do you guys have other options of not being charge 995 just for replacement card or options of plans she said there's no plan to avoid fees how would you know what I'm thinking I just figure she says I say figure what then she says oh I say I was figuring a way to save money everybody wants to save money may I speak to your supervision he gets on

I tell him my concern about that comment about myself and the conversation he response so what is it I can do send me a brochure of your company policies and rules he said well I can explain that and he started explaining the rules and plan I asked he when will my card be here he said 3-5 business day I said could you guys send it faster he said I would have to pay 30 dollars what kind of customer service is this . we'll my self and the guy hangs up but still I'm not satisfied so I call back and I say to the woman didn't I just speak to

you and she plays stupid I diont think so I hear her voice and I say I think i so and I ask her what my balance and she says like we told you several times before it's 116 .00 dollars and I said are you annoyed beacause you got a attitude and she says oh I said you didn't tell me several times my first time asking about the balance she says oh I said that's why calls are recorded you should check that I'm concern I didn't get charge for speaking to you guys I assure you didn't that was that phone call the worst customer service ever from these people ever. I don't do business with people to be treated like this
