Instant cash.usa, James Peterson, has contacted me about 12 times in one day.  They called my work phone and my cell phone.  They left messages stating that there is a lawsuit filed against me and I needed to call back with my attorney's fax number or "God help me" is what they said.

I called back, because I had no idea what this was about.  They told me that I received money from "one of their many companies" and the money was not in my account when they went to withdraw it.  I had no idea what this was about and I asked them what company and he couldn't tell me because they represent so many companies.  I ask them to stop calling me and send me something in writing and he told me he couldn't do that.  I asked him to stop calling my job and the following day I received three more calls before 11 am.  I called back and spoke to Alex Davenport who is the "Senior Lawyer" and he hung up on me when I told him that I was not sending him any information.

That was Friday, I received another call from Daniel Lewis on Tuesday about the same the "lawsuit", I told him that I spoke to two other people already about it and he did not know any of the people who called me, he said that he works in a big company and does not know everyone who works there.  I told him that there should be something on file showing who and when they called me. 

I don't know what this about, but I would not send them any information.
