Instant Cove/IGIA, Tactica International Charged my Visa $177.70 for a cancelled order and will not refund New York New York

In July 2006 my wife ordered a 30 day supply of Instant Cover over the telepone (1-800-490-0790) for $8.95 shipping and handling (this was never received). My Visa was charged $177.70 on July 13, 2006.

I telephoned Instant Cover (1-800-672-2340 later changed to 1-800-490-0790)on July 13th to cancell any and all orders and to refund my $177.70 and was told the error would be corrected. Well, they refunded $88.35 on July 14th then added $88.35 back on a day later.

I have telephoned/FAX's Instant cover repeatedly since then to no avail. I have been told my refund ($177.70) would be in 3 days, 10 days, oh, their server down 30 days etc, and haven't seen it yet. I have referred this to the Nevada state offices to be forwarded to the NY attorney general this date as NV has no jurisdiction over a company in NY.

If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form.
