I too, was like those of you who have encountered, or had the misfortune of paying for any by Michele Andrews, or Ultimate Wealth Pkg.

Or anyone else..the Rich Jerk offers one of those same kinda deals. He's ok, but be careful. His "Free Site Deal" comes with, you pay Web Hosting Company, and thousands for Coaching.

I became disabled just short of three years ago. Prior to that I owned and operated 3 businesses, I was in Indepent Research for online Businesses, as well as individuals. I spent many years working with our State's Attorney General's office, supplying them with tons of Research Data, and documents, in the efforts of shutting down many types of unethical web sites.

Here is what I did to handle the problems with Michele Andrews, Instant Money Vault Program, which was suppose to give me a Free Web Site and top notch people they with me all the way to the Bank.

On Oct. 6, 2007 in an effort to find a way to make some very badly needed extra income, I came across Michele Andrews..Instant Money Vault Program. I am sure all of you read the exact same lines that I read, no matter what program or membership you may have paid for, with Michele Andrews or Ultimate Money Wealth Pkg involved.

Biggest questionable area includes the one about, . Which does, but doesn't, really exist as part of the $39.95, $49.95, or what ever amount was charged to me and you.

I paid $39.95, on October 6, 2007 for Michele Andrews, Instant Money Vault program. My thoughts were that just the web site alone was worth a lot more than the $39.95. Having designed many ads and catalogs for companies, I thought that if I didn't like the design or products on the site, I could redesign it, and stay within the guidelines of the products to be sold.

Well, to my dismay, like all of you, I found out that what I received for my $39.95, was the next cost of $119.95, which I had to immediately had to pay, to midPhase Web Hosting company. That is if I ever wanted to be able to see my "Free Web Site". By the way midPhase pays a nice Commission $$ to Michele Andrews or anyone else who sends them people on a large scale. I got that piece of information directly from midPhase. **Note: I wish to make it clear at this time that midPhase is actually a reputable Web Hosting Company.**

Do you recall the lines in the sales pitch by Michele Andrews, which say, " You Have Nothing To loose, I Will Give You A 60 day, 100% Money Back Guarantee".
Surprise!! The line about the No Hassle Money Back Guarantee, is really where the unethical practices, lies, or Scams, whatever you wish to call it, begin.

Michele Andrews has Absolutely No Choice about giving a 100%=at the least 56 Days, Money Back Guarantee. Why? Because she sells about 98% of all of her packages, programs, etc., through..ClickBank. ClickBank's own policy for anyone who sells a product through them, or buys a product using ClickBank's services, Must Give-- or-- Be Given A 56 Day, No Questions Asked, 100% Money Back Guarantee. Just like PayPal, PayAlert, and so on, have their policies in place to protect the consumer's dollars. As a direct result of Michele Andrews using ClickBank to sell her product and program deals, I was able to use that to my advantage all the way to the bank.

I handled Michele Andrews in the following manner:

After my payment went through for $39.95, for the Instant Money Vault Package, Free Website, Coaching, Tons of Free Traffic, to my Free Website.

Sound familiar, bring back memories.

Then $119.95 for 1 year of Web Hosting done by midPhase. *midPhase was only the first Undisclosed..... Back-End sale, that was a Mandatory part of getting the "Free Web Site Online".

Next thing to happen, I was left for 6 1/2 days and nights, with a non-functioning Web Site. I had an adMin Control Panel, which only showed a Home button on the toolbar, and it didn't even function.

So I literally stayed awake, with barely any sleep during the 6 1/2 day period. I tried repeatedly to use the phone number provided by Michele Andrews, to contact myAdmin, aka: Michele Andrews' people who do the programing of her so called "Free Web Sites". All I heard when I dialed the number she had given me is written below.

I called midPhase twice, on days 3, 4, and 5, asking them why my Web Site did not function. midPhase said they didn't know, because they only did the Web Hosting for those sites, and not the programming.

I was getting very mentally and physically exhausted, and realized that at this point, I had become part of a very fine line, gray area type, Scam!

About 4 am, Oct. 12, 2007, I called midPhase again. Call number 7 to midPhase.
One of midPhase's representatives came on the phone, and I told him what my problems were, in turn he revealed to me that, they had been receiving a Massive Amount of Calls about the problems with Michele Andrews', Instant Money Vault Program. So many in fact, that just a few hours before I called midPhase.
midPhase Demanded, that's right, they Demanded that Michele Andrews provide them with a working phone number for her customers and for midPhase's own records. You see midPhase was given the same number I had, and reached the same recording, time and time again. The Customer Service number for Michele Andrews' Instant Money Vault Program, reached a recording which said,"All lines are busy at this time." "We can not take your call.".........and amazingly just hung up any party calling.

As a result of the above I was able to get 2 working phone numbers for the company that maintains, the "Free Web Sites" on behalf of Michele Andrews.

On the 7th day, Oct. 13, 2007 I opened up the adMin Control Panel for my alledged, "Free Web Site", I was shocked to find out that it could not be redesigned. All that could be done on the site was to pick one of 12 different web templates for the background and basic layout. No matter how hard I tried to change the HTML code, or the CSS style sheet design, it couldn't be done.

On Oct. 14, 2007, I discovered that the mail account I had set up, with my Granddaughter's name as a Registered Domain Name, through midPhase, was being rerouted to Michele Andrews own mail receiver somewhere on God's Green Earth.
Next shock! Well, I discovered she had been given my password to my Registered Domain Name account, by midPhase. Because as part of her "Free Web Site" Deals, in the very tiny print of midPhase agreement with me, it stated that since I had become their customer through one of Michele Andrews' packages, she had rights to access my Web Hosting Account.

No way on this Earth was she going to access anything which had my Granddaugter's name on it. She picked the wrong party for a Victim.

I immediately called ClickBank, as they processed my purchases, on behalf of Michele's program, and with midPhase Web Hosting company.

I gave ClickBank an accurate account of everything that had gone on since my initial purchase from Michele Andrews.

Which included the fact that when I finally was able to open my adMin Control Panel, in order to fulfill what Michele had laid out as the requirements for reaching the point of making any money.
1) Look at your "Free Web Site" home page, and make sure to pick 3 products, for each of the 3 boxes on the Home Page. Then write a Review, "Why I Choose Product #1", and then Place it in the long column, below the Submit Now Button, for my soon to be customers. I did exactly that.

2) Get your ROI Account Setup. Impossible to do, so Michele's team generated a Fake, I mean Fake, ROI Account Number. Just to make my percentage meter bar move. But the ROI account wouldn't work, because it was a FAKE!! ( If you find this hard to believe, just keep reading.)

3) Purchase -- "Get Visitors Now" to bring tons of traffic to my site, cost, $39.95. * I purchased this one*.

4) Purchase -- "Toms Traffic and Signs" $49.95 I refused to purchase.

**Here's where I need to tell you that above the list of Mandatory List of "To Dos"
**by Michele Andrews, was a percentage meter bar. 0 to 100%. So as Each Item was Done or Purchased, the percentage completed moved up the bar.
**If any, To Do item, was not purchased, or skipped, the percentage meter refused to move at all** **Next the Unbelievable Happened**

5) Get Google Adwords ID. Well, I submitted her so called "Free Web Site", to Google 3 times and each time I got a reply from Google that was insulting. But, at least Google was nice enough to say I could make revisions and try again, if I would like to do so.

On Oct. 13, 2007, I talked to a ClickBank Representative, she not only refunded my $39.95 back for Michele Andrews' bogis sale to me, but also, without me even asking her to do so, refunded back the cost of the Mandatory, "Get It Now Visitors"
service. As far as the $119.95, I paid to midPhase. Well, midPhase charged me $24.95 of it for Registering The Domain Name, then refunded me $107.00 anyway.

I ended up getting Every Penny Back.

If you have a problem with a product you buy, and it has a Guarantee, from ClickBank, PayPal, PayAlert, etc., but, the company you bought whatever from does not take care of your problem, in an honest and timely manner.

Please call whatever place took your payment, before your Guaranted Time is gone.
Call as soon as you feel that you are being Ripped Off. Don't wait! That is what Cons, Scammers, Ripp Off Artists, count on. People who don't ask for a refund or report a real problem until their Guaranted Time Period is Gone. Or better yet, they rely on the fact that people are too embarrased or ashame to admit they are being taken, or have gotten ripped off.

But don't give up, still believe in yourself, and know that their are honest people and places on the internet to deal with.

I no longer am looking to make money with Affiliate Marketing, Surveys or ways where the Risk Factors are So High.

I have decided to start my own sites and help others, find anything they want.
