Instant Tax Service Redbank Rd SCAM SCAM SCAM Cincinnati, Ohio

Instant Tax Service is a scam. At first I was lured into their office with the promise of "everyone gets a check" loan program. Which turned out to be a lie. Then they offered to file my taxes for me on the 15th of January and have them back by the 18th. I knew the 18 was not going to work so I assumed the 19th. I called their offices for hours and hours and no one answered, so I drove to the office thinking of course they were so busy that they couldn't answer the telephones. Not so. I got there and there was no one in the waiting area I asked about my money and they said they didn't have it and I had to wait until the 29th. I was furious. I asked them if they were still going to charge me bank charges as if they were doing me an early return and I was told yes. I told them that I usually do turbo tax and getting my money in 14 days is not an early return, had I did turbo tax as usually I would get it in 14days with no fees taken out. I asked for a corporate number or the number to the owner and no one had a number for me. I called another location and was told that no one got the money now loan and OHIO residents were not eligible for RAL's because the high rate of fraud in ohio last tax season. So I was at a dead end with complaining. I called on the 29th, which is today only to get no answer again, and no information from the tax status number that they provode for you. I am very dissatisfied and out of hundreds of dollars. I am immediately reporting them to the BBB in hopes of some satisfaction. I suggest that you do your taxes yourself or with H&R block were there are no scams and free is free. I have done business with them many years ago and should have stayed away but, I will know better next year and I hope more people catch on and complain to your local BBB about this company. Also call the IRS they are filing returns with no W-2 which is illegal.
