Instant tax service Biggest ripoff ever Washington, District of Columbia

I filled my 2011 taxes with the Instant tax office on Hat NE in Washington. That was fine and well the people are nice and somewhat helpful, but the problem I have is when the call and let you kno your taxes are done and you go to their office and they act like they don't know whatr you are talking about. I recived a phone call from them a voicemail I might add was left letting me know my check would be there on Friday Febuary 3rd. That was on Febuary 1, 2012. Today is February 3rd. I went all the way there to be told my check was not there. WTF? I spoke with the recptionist Ms Kim and let her know it was her that contacted me and that I had the voixemail message to .prove it. I played the message and she tells me that she doesn't remember calling me. I asked what's up with jot being able to get through on the phone. They informed me that they set it up because of all of the phone calls. You're a tax preparedness company you're going to get a lot of phone calls. If you have not filled your taxes yet I suggest you don't go there. Go to there competors.
