I have been in the car business since i was 22 now I'm approaching 38 , I have never experienced such Low Class, Common, and dragatory company such as IAA. I buy a truck load every two weeks which is about 20 cars a month because I'm a wholesaler, one time I bought a car out of state as a run & drive when the car got to me I found the car has No batteries or keys.

Move forward another time me I purchased an Infiniti g35 also as rund and drive but has no keys, I had to tow the car and a key made costed me over 500 to cover towing , keys , hotel stays, I bought a Honda as run & drive but has no keys, when I complained they said not their responsibility it3 the buyer responsibility, so the buyer is buying online pay's for their mistakes not just that you got to include the worest attitude and low class coustomer service.

Headquartere will tell you sorry nothing we do for you and read the contract, I said if there is no keys I Will No Longer do business for you, GOD is my witness they told me good luck, fees up $1000. Please for your sake and your family, don't do business with them unless you are willing to lose your money, getting high blood pressure, and to be abused.
