Integra Financial Benefits - PC One ripoff!!! They will take your money and share info with other scammers like themselves!!! Champlain, New York

I am a single mother of two, I am a college student and I work part-time. My money and time is precious and hard-worked. I was contacted by Integra Financial and offered a credit card with a $2000 Limit with one time fee of $249.

I asked all the right questions and they promised me that I would recieve a card in about 7-10 days. I did not have good credit and I thought that this was a great way to restablish my credit score. I spoke with a family member about the great news and was informed that most companies just charged the fees to the card and never would ask for banking info. I tried to call the company back to cancel and could not get a live person. So the following morning, I called my bank and put a stop payment on the tensaction.

The payment was scheduled for the 6th but they took the money on the 10th of May. I let my bank know that I had paid to cancel the payment and they told me that they company did a paper check with a random check number!!! Had it been a ACH (which they told me would happen), it could have been reversed!! Integra never asked me for a check number to begin with!!!

I have been talking to numerous customer service reps who have done nothing but give me the run around!!! First there was a delay in the shipping department, the rep claimed that they had sent letters to all of its consumers and of course I did not recieve anything.

A week went by and I called to get a so-called shipping date, I did this every week for three weeks after I already had waited five weeks for my card. The past week I began to cry as I pleaded with the rep to help me, I had made obligations based on the fact that I was promised this card. She told me that I should be getting a package in the mail soon with a so-called activation form to send in to mastercard and that then I would get my card in about three weeks!!!!

I told her that I was told my card would come in the benefits package and not another form to send off!! I told her that I had never heard of a credit card doing things like this, and she told me that she apologized for the delays.

I told her that I had contacted the better business bureau and informed her that they said this company was a scam and I would never get a card, and I would just keeping hearing excuses. She told me that I could call whoever I wanted, but the company was real and she insisted that I would recieve a package soon.

iThen she proceeded to say that she had no number for Integra only an address, and that she was not even a part of that company, she just did customer service for them!!!! I could not believe what I was hearing.

I called a friend and she checked the internet and this is how I found out this company was nothing but a scam. I cannot believe that nothing is being done about this by now.
I spoke to a 800 number in Canada, and they informed me that these scoundrels have been doing this to hundreds of people all year!!!

This is criminal and torturous, they are taking advantage of people who have made credit mistakes in the past and are ready to make responsible choices, this is a mockery of those who look down on us with credit problems.

I work hard for the money I make, and these people ripped me off and stole money that I use to feed my children. This must stop and I can't believe that our law enforcement has not caught these people!!!

In addition, they share all of your info with other companies that do this, last week they took another $349.00 out of my bank account and luckily my bank reversed the charges and will report them next time to the Banking commission, Federal trade commission, and the FBI.

I am deeply sorry for anyone that has had to go through what I have the past two months. There has got to be something that we can do for retribution. If anyone out there has ideas, please post them!!!! They should be sued, and put in jail for fraud!!!!

And they owe us our money back, and the $2000 we had been promised!!!! If anyone reading this can help PLEASE DO!!!! This is just sick and wrong!!!!
