Integrated Leasing Corp. BUYER BEWARE! SALES REPRESENTATIVES FALSE CLAIMS RESULT IN TRUSTING BUYERS SIGNING LONG-TERM DISGRACEFUL CONTRACTS Englewood Cliffs New Jersey

It is apparent that Integrated Leasing Corp. sells its credit card machine service via commissioned sales agents. Some of these agents will make claims that go far beyond sales puffery in order to make their commission. I uncovered one such agent, which not only made these claims to numerous purchasers, but was caught falsifying information on a lease agreement.

The most common sales agent claim is that the buyer can easily return the machine and end the service. In reality, canceling the service is anything but easy. Any attempt to cancel service will be met with outrageous fees, aggressive collection, and eventual turnover to their offensive law firm.

I contacted a detective at the Englewood Cliffs, NJ police department regarding Integrated Leasing. Without me mentioning their name, he said he knew the company well. He said he gets numerous calls from around the country each month requesting criminal action. At that point I realized that there is a good opportunity for a class action law suit.

This company will not take responsibility for the actions of their sales representatives who make false claims that result in buyers entering into their reprehensible contracts.
