Integretel, Member's Edge, Family Discount Network Ripoff Dishonest Fraudulent Billing on Qwest bill in Oregon Hackensack New Jersey

I received an E-mail 2/10/2005 saying Family Discount Network Registration I then received a second E-mail the same day saying Member's Edge VoiceMail Registration I responded by clicking there cancelation Link and on 2/11/2005 I got Member's Edge VoiceMail Cancellation.

Which of course says No additional actions are required to ensure the immediate cancellation of your toll-free voice mail service.

So thinking ok I am done with this didn't do anything more. then I get my febuary phone bill and there is a $14.95 Charge for Family Discount Network billed through Integretel.

So I Immediatly call Integretel and am told they bill for Members Edge LLC aka Family Discount Network I get the 877# I call them they tell me I supposedly signed up for 2 accounts. So I had them cancel that they said within 2 billing cycles I will get my credit.

Low and behold it is march and there is another $14.95 charge on my phone bill so I call again and get a really rude lady that tells me they will not be refunding this second charge and she hangs up on me.

Well I got smart I called back again this time with Ripoff.com up in front of me. They finally get on the phone and I start reading the titles to the ripoff reports about them to my husband were the lady can hear it.

Well she suddenly had a quiet voice and immediatly said she credit me back both charges.. Of course we will see when next months bill comes out!

So becareful of this company big big ripoff and Qwest said there was nothing they could do but put a note in my record that there is a dispute going on with this company so that I wouldn't get penalized for not paying Integretel aka Members Edge LLC aka Family Discount Network
