Integretel ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing possible modem hijack scam Internet

Discovered charges ($120) on our Verizon phone bill on behalf of a company called Integretel, for 3 computer calls to "Faq900.comZz" (1-900-444-0225), we never made (were not home at time of calls).

Verizon was great to deal with, and suggested this was a case of "modem hijacking". A small "spyware" program loaded onto your computer w/o permisson, dials the number w/o your interaction! Who knows what info is collected ?!?!

Integretel did admit to me that our computer may have dialed the number, and that a small program was downloaded, but went no further. When pressed, they agreed to remove the charges over the next 2 billing cycles.

This is clearly dishonest, and I would LOVE to participate in any class-action or criminal action against these clowns.
