Integretel - Qitel ripoff, charged my phone bill San Jose California

In January of this year I had charges show up on my phone bill for some kind of voicemail from Qitel comm.. I contacted this Qitel they told me that I had to call thier billing company integretel. I contacted integretel and told them I donot want this service and to send my phone company a letter of credit for the charges. To my disbeif they said ok they had 90 days to send it to my phone com. Well not thinking much more of it I woke one morning to no phone service. I was disconnected by my phone com. for nonpayment of this voicemail service. I called my phone com. to be given a phone # to call Qitel and then Qitel gives me phone # to call integretel. The calls where very stressful because I kept getting the run around by both companys.I had to go ahead and pay 150.00 to get my service restored at my phone com. They told me the service had been taken off. The end of March first of April I notice these charges again and brought them to the phone com. attn: again im referred to the phone#s again. Went threw the same process again to get them to take this off my bill. They said ok so we go on.Here it is 90 days later and my phone service has been disconnected again for nonpayment to this integretel com. Now integretel will only issue 1 month billing in a letter of credit that the phone com. wont even take that over the phone because of the past promises.My phone was disconnected for 62.00 for this sevice that I never had or wanted.
