Integrity Alarms IMI Inc. Company,Integrity Alarms Cherging for product which was never installed Buena Park, California

In Feb. 2010 I signed a contractor with Integrity Alarms. When their saled rep sold me the system. He guaranteed me he would have the key pad installed were we wanted. If for some reason the system could not be installed in the dedicated area we both agreed upon. Then the system would not be installed. A couple of weeks pass and their installation technician comes out to install the system. After a careful review, the installation technicians stated he could not install the key pad were the sales rep and I had agreed upon.  With that said the Integrity Alarms TELLS me I have to run a phone line and outlet to the designated area where we want the key pad to be installed. Otherwise they will install the system where they see fit. I told them No!  Because, I failed to allow them to install the keypad where they wanted. They send me to collections in an attempt to collect $2058.73, for a system which was never installed as per the terms of their sales reps agreement. I have spent countless and countless hours with Integirty Alarm in an effort to remove this collection from my record. For a system I never received. I contacted Tara Harris (Director of Opertions) because there is no owner of the company according to her. She stated I have to deal with the Collection agency and they have nothing to due with it.   I explained the story to her and she did not even care. All she would say, "you signed the contract." 

PS.  I am going to call ADT everyday for the rest of my life until this company (Integrity Alarms) looses their contract with ADT!!!!
