Needed a working bucket truck for ice storm damage repair. Contacted integrity truck sales. They assured me that the truck I liked was fully operational and ready to work. And that I would have in three days or less.
The truck arrived with no working brakes, stop lights, radiator, turn signals or a trailer hitch. The lift was leaking fluid and the hydrolic oil tank was five gallons low.
The email for my salesperson was shutoff the day my truck was delivered, and the company will not answer my phone calls. Oh, yes, it also arrived eleven days after I paid for it, not the three that was promised.
I was a fool to trust this company. Beware. They will tell you anything to get as much of your money as possible, and then they will gladly send you a piece of crap once they have it. Then, you will not be able to contact them afterwards.
