Let me begin by congratulating GoShredEx on their success as a business. Im happy Intek could
find at least one satisfied customer.

 The difference between GoShredExs situation and ours is the fact that their truck was in
decent condition while ours wasnt. We attempted to reason with Intek by
offering to just switch vehicles for a working one, they refused to do so.
Instead they towed their broken vehicle and proceeded to sue us for failing to
make lease payments on a vehicle that was never in working condition.  

So customers beware, Intek will sue their clients faster then attempting to resolve their complaints!

In addition why doesnt Intek try to resolve their issues with their disgruntled customers directly? GoShredEx might be satisfied, but we are not!

Notice that Intek never provided any proof to their outrageous claim about a failed lease application?

Intek continues to dance around the issue and refuses to exercise proper business ethics!

Intek you know who we are, enough is enough, contact us and lets get this issue solved properly!

without this company my company www.GoShredEx.com would not exist. Like the first review on this page I bought my first truck through Intek. It was a hard working hunk of junk. Its still operates today in new markets I open. I started in San Diego now ShredEx offers service in 90% of California phoenix and now opening in Las Vegas and Portland. Im not sure what the first review was talking about but Intek leasing is a leasing company not a truck repair company. I would never call my banker Paul Garfunkel to fix my truck. Not sure what they were thinking. I dont even know if Paul knows what end of the truck is the front end. I would never have anyone at Intek work on one of my trucks. However if I was to be a new startup company all over again, Paul at Intek is the guy I would call for a lease. Intek may not know how to turn wrenches but they sure know how to finance, they also know how to treat

me like a human being with respect. ShredEx as hard as it is to say had trouble in its infancy and I called Paul to advice him of the situation. Paul gave me options. I have never been given options by any company I have ever had a loan with. Its truly ironic to say especially in business but Intek leasing is like family to me. I am in the process of buying 2 new trucks this year and I would not think of using anyone else. Simply because you cant find this service anywhere in the United States. Just keep in mind when you lease a car is the leasing company responsible for your maintenance on your car? If you buy

a house is the bank responsible for fixing your leaking toilet. Intek Leasing, when I think of how I want my business to run I think of Intek. Billy is an incredible man, one I look up to. Use intek as much as possible and support one of the countrys best mom and pop operations. They sure dont act like a mom and pop business but they sure will treat you like Family. They should change their name to Intek FAMILY leasing.

• Why would I ever want to apply for a new lease with Intek after such a terrible experience the first time? I challenge Intek to provide evidence of this outrageous claim. I guarantee they can not.
• The truth is that Intek has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! My experience is 100% accurate and Itek's rebuttal is not only a lie, but also fails to address the issues of the original Ripoff Report. Let Intek's rebuttal be used as solid evidence of their EXTREME LACK OF BUSINESS ETHICS!

Intek Auto Leasing, Inc. is a reputable commercial leasing company that has been in business since 1986, servicing repeat customers year in and year out.  The author of this post, who apparently wants to remain anonymous, is well known to Intek.  He defaulted on his truck lease for non payment in 2003 and had a judgment entered against him for his past due balance.  He then filed bankruptcy and his case was dismissed for fraudulent representations.  Despite his failure to pay his prior past due balance, a new application was submitted this past year to Intek seeking to lease another truck for a new business.
