Intel Masters Publishing falsely claiming I owe for packets I never received! New York, New York

I ordered packets titled Elmos Learning Adventures for my little grandaughter from this company.At first they came fine and I would pay every month or two for however many packets we received.After about 6-8 months the packets just stopped coming with no notifications whatsoever! I tried unsuccessfully to reach the company and then I said they must have gone out of business as I have had this happen to me before with recipe card companies! Now its 2 years later and I get a notice from a collection agency that I owe these people $67.00??? I paid for every packet we received with checks and then the company just arbitrarily stopped sending the packets! I called the 800-900-1380 # and spoke with a Brian Moore on 3/14/13 at 10 am and he told me he would investigate and send me a copy of the results of the investigation and I should call when I received it-I have never received that letter and when I called the 800 # again I was told the account was sent back to the company and I should try to contact them at the New York address they gave me! If this bill is on my credit report(I am in the process of attempting to find this out)I want it taken off immediately!
