Hello reader, I wrote this to share my grueling experience that I had with Intellibiz. Intellibiz and their book the simple man's guide to real estate, is not what it seems to be. Indeed they are cloaked with a heavy veneer. They seem to be in the similitude of all other real estate programs that are out there, that is they just swindle you of your money and just give you rubbish in return; Shameful. I indefatigably labored with out cessation for eight months and received naught. Let me illustrate this with my time and labor. I read the book twice over and the CD-ROMS that came with it, and it articulates that it was not necessary but needed, that you as an investor should work towards good credibility, and furthermore should go and locate a small bank and ask for a passbook account.

Ok, so I asked my elders if small banks existed still, (dumb question I know) they smiled and said "no, not quite for some time now". This question seemed absolutely obvious, most of the banks if not all are corporate banks, like Citi Bank, Bank of Anerica, and Union Bank. Therefore I decided for the hell of it to actually try the said banks, since I couldn't find the small banks of coures. I went to them all and asked if the had or knew of any passbook account, they all said no! Well that was quite an experience after being practically laughed at and looking like a fool, I would highly recommend this experience to anyone, you should try it , it feels great. Lets move on to mentoring, awe their mentoring, the true manifestation of all mentoring. It seems that the mentor gets irked quite easily when you need some clarification and a little rude. And their return policy is not exactly the best.

Intellibiz provides a lifetime guarantee-it articulates-use the program for one full year, and if after that year, you have used the program and the tools provided (INCLUDING THE MENTORING AT LEAST ONCE PER MONTH) and still not profited to your satisfaction, you may request a full refund of the purchase price. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL AND UNLESS THE CONDITIONS OF THIS GUARANTEE HAVE BEEN MET, I.E. YOU MUST ACTUALLY USE THE PROGRAM AND THE MENTORING MONTHLY FOR AT LEAST ONE FULL YEAR. Here's something the book doesn't say, if you live in California like I do, you're in for a surprise. The book says you don't need credit which you sort of do, and it also says you can invest in real estate with little or none of your money; the last is the most important, money, especially in California, money is king. I say this because realtors won't even let you view the inside a house without a bid of the purchase price, moreover you have to obtain a letter from the bank that states you the bidder have sufficient funds, which you have to give to the realtor to assure them that you have the money and are interested in the estate to be purchased.

I know of this because, I know some people who are involved in real estate, all I did was ask. Alas, their book the simple man's guide is indubiditably by far the cheapest quality I've ever seen, it consists of nothing more than a thin ring binder and some paper, not bad for $179.00 and not to mention outdated information, according to the BBB the start date for this business is 1991, this information must be somewhere around there or slightly before that decade. Intellibiz is a unique entity in itself, wherefore, according to them their mentoring is not provided by intellibiz, this is done to prevent any grievances from going directly against intellibiz itself, thus they aren't responsible for any acute disorderly conduct that may arise from their mentors, interestingly enough Bill Vaughn is mentor and owner of intellibiz. There you have it, intellibiz attired in its utmost glory; I beseech the reader to take heed in his/her decision.

I have included Maine's Attorney General, for those who would like to make contact regarding any issue with intellibiz.
