In researching another company, ran across real-estate-made-easy dot com - I sent them a message rebutting something I thought inaccurate

I got a prompt and courteous response and a promise to change the web site promptly

I came here to rip off report to further check them out and found a nasty comment that appeared to be totally bogus - the claim made did not match the offer I saw at all - not even close - and the very nature of the complaint indicated the complainer was either illiterate or just plain dense.

I wrote the company again suggesting they rebut the report. I again got a polite and prompt response.

They explained that the complaint was totally bogus and never happened (the lack of other complaints seems to back that up) and that when they tried to post a rebuttal they were blocked from doing so.

I am currently involved with an on-going exchange with this company and have been treated with the greatest of respect and courtesy

It most clearly appears that the only complaint against this company is either a case of mistaken identity (not likely) or nothing less than a malicious attempt to discredit another because of one's own stupidity - a common enough behavior in American where people refuse to take responsibility for their own ignorance or out-right stupidity.
