Inter-American Inspection Services Associated Trust Holdings Mortgage, Foreclosure, Inspection, Landlord SCAM Heber City, Utah

I received a letter from Inter-American Inspection Services about a home inspection for a house that is being foreclosed.  They wanted to do a home inspection and asked if there are any renters.   They got our renters info and told them to pay them instead of us and that they would have to sign a new lease because they are the new trustees.   If you read the documents, it is a consultation fee, not for rent.   It is a huge scam to get money from our renters and take advantage of people with foreclosure problems.   There is NO website for this company, the phone doesn't have a company name on the voice mail.  If you google the location, it looks like a bike shop or warehouse.    It's always this one Don Smith guy....I am guessing that he is going a lot of scams like this from his home.   If you get a letter for him, report it to the Attorney General, Mortgage Company and their attorney, and your own lawyer.  This guy needs to stop prying on people during difficult.  I am on a mission to stop him!  I want to see justice!
